I used a variety of websites to help me create this one. here are some of my favorites, in case you're looking for help with your own site!
petrapixels - one of the first websites I looked at for help. Petra has a great layout generator as well, if you're not interested in starting from scratch!
dragonfly cave - if you ARE looking to start your page from scratch, this is one of the most helpful guides I've ever seen (& I've taken coding courses at my local community college)
background archives - if you're looking for a background image for your site, this is THE PLACE to go. so so many cool options, both .jpg and .gif!
xyz resources - my favorite place to find pixels. I've been using this page since my rentry obsession in... 2023? maybe even earlier.
coolors.co - my favorite place for quick & easy hex codes.
coco's pixel safari - a bunch of cute pixels & stamps!
